Dog just stepped on my stomach trying to play? Is baby okay? I'm 15 weeks 3 days.

My cat is about 30 pounds and his fat self always steps on my stomach. And my godsons always elbow or lean on my stomach sometimes.

The baby is well protected in there my 3 year old still elbows me and im 13 weeks usually i try and put a pillow over my belly if i see hes not listening im not going to punish him since hes not used to mommy having a baby in my tummy but i do tell him he needs to be careful and to rub the belly gently and he gives hugs and kisses and says sorry brother sister
