Should I be concerned?!

I'm on BC pills and sexually active. I haven't missed a pill and they have been taken on time. I noticed I did not have any sticky discharge during my cycle and my period is coming up soon, is that because of the pills?Recently, we have used the pull out method instead of using back up protection of condoms. Should I be concerned about pregnancy considering I have not missed the pill?

I'm on the pill and use the pull out method and I've been fine for 4 months I believe..  You should be fine
