I need a confidence booster guys!
I just want to know whatbi will be up against after i have my second baby, body wise.
With my first i never got back in shape, weighing 135 when i got prego with my second and not in shape at all, like no muscle and my tummy skin was still loose and stretch marked like crazy.
I am so worried that my body will be far past its ability to shape back up. Im only 21 and i want to feel physically beautiful again. It might just be the hormones but im feeling down about myself. The stretch marks keep piling on, and the pounds are adding up. I eat healthy but i dont exercise other then chase my toddler around and cleaning house everyday etc..
Just looking for any mamas out there that has had a similar situation and what they did to get their confisdence and bodies back.
(I love my kids and do NOT regret anything by any means. I can still be a good mother and want to be hot? lol. I eat good food; organic, grass fed. )
Please no rude comments, just really want to know what to do after i have 2nd baby.
