So our a.c. has been out for almost 3 weeks now and we have been trying to get the owners to fix it. They have told me so many times(every day this week and last) they are coming over to put in the new unit but never show. Luckily, my husband put an old window unit in for the time being but it only keeps our living room cold because our house is too big. My son is 2 weeks old now and the a.c. has been out the entire time he has been born. I don't know what to do at this point. I am so frustrated and just tired from being up with a newborn. I don't know how to force them to fix it. I want to cry all the time!! Does anyone have any suggestions. We are going to withhold rent until its fixed but we really just need it fixed. Thank God my son can still sleep this peacefully....
