If you were pregnant and having a miscarriage you would still have a positive test. It just looks like you shed a big part of your uterine lining at once. Definitely doesn't look like a baby as some of these girls are saying.

You need to wrap that in something and take it to the hospital. They can test it and tell you if it is a miscarriage. I've never had a miscarriage before but I can say that doesn't look like any period clot I have ever passed before xx

Run, don't walk, to your gyno.  You should still test positive if it was a miscarriage but you shouldn't be passing clots that big.

I've never past anything that looked like that during my period.. if I did I would of freaked out. I think you should go to the hospital just to be safe and that way hey can tell you what's wrong. I know a pregnancy test can show up negative  but a blood test can still be positive. It could very well be an early miscarriage but your levels are so low right now. I had an ectopic pregnancy last year and I past some big  blood clots  it nothing that looked like that.. also i was only 7 weeks at the time and my baby stopped developing before that but anyways I'd take it and go get checked... it would definitely ease your mind too
