For about a month and a half now, I have had mucus trapped in my throat. I have not been sick at all. I I have to constantly gag and spit it out which then leads to vomitting every time, I did research and some say that they have this problem as well, I was wondering has anyone on here been dealing with this or dealt with this before? If so is there something that can help ?
