Low morphology and motility

Looking for advice.....

My husband has low motility 5 million sperm and low morphology 1%. They also found he has a varicocele...surgery is next month. My question is would you wait to see how the surgery goes and do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> or go right to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>? I'm feeling so torn.
