What are your thoughts on doing a baby registry vs not for your baby shower?

Possibly do a registry for yourself and people have the choice of picking things from it or getting something they have picked for you? :)

Do a registry unless you want to get a whole bunch of crap you don't need and spend lots of time returning things.

It's a lot of work, and sometimes you don't get what you put on there. I didn't do one. And I receive cash for the most part and a lot of stuff that I would of put on the registry. It's mostly up to you mama! ☺️

It helps for those wondering what you need but most ppl I know still go out and get whatever they want, so I don't think it's a big deal if you have one or not! I created one for our sake to keep track of some stuff we liked and can always go back and get later, without having to search for it
