My boyfriend is moving there on the 15th and I just have a bit of concerns. I know it's not the safest city to stay in and I just want him to be safe. I forgot what part he's going to stay in but he said its one of the safest neighborhoods that he read about online. I'm just thinking to myself like oh my god no where is safe. I mean is it that bad? How often do people get shot? Are there any safe areas over there?
