Can CLOMID cause false positives?

I'm only 8dpo, but have had 2 days of positive tests, including a positive blood test for hCG. Has anyone had false hope from clomid? My LH levels are also still up, but I'm told hCG can trigger a positive for that test (but not the other way around). Help!
