Is it okay to wear red to a wedding?

So, I'm 28 weeks pregnant and I'm going to a wedding next week. I've looked everywhere for a dress and the only thing I found that makes me feel somewhat decent about myself is red. I know you're not supposed to wear white but is red okay?

I think red is completely fine!! The only reason I wouldn't wear it is if it was her bridesmaid dress color.
