Is Pop bad for you while pregnant?

They say pop is bad but I'm sure our moms drank pop, coffee and ate lunch meat when we were in the womb & here we are carrying our own babies. I don't over think as long as its not drugs or alcohol i think anything in moderation will be ok:)

Soda is bad for everyone lol. That being said, I'm 40 weeks and 2 days, I have been drinking soda throughout my pregnancy, and havent encountered any problems yet. I usually drink 1 soda a day, very seldom I'll have 2, once in awhile I'll have iced tea instead. I only drink it for the caffeine, because I get a headache if I don't get a little bit. I will say though, if you drink soda, don't drink diet. The artificial sweeteners can be harmful to your baby. I do drink a lot of water throughout the day too though. If I drink a soda, I'll make sure that I have like 4 bottles of water after. It's not like that cancels out the soda, it just makes me feel better lol.

Well.. It's bad for you always, but aside from that you should be limiting caffeine.

Pop is bad for you always. The sugar, the acidity, the artificial ingredients. It's just bad news.

If you're going to drink anything other than water, especially with caffeine, you need to compensate by drinking more water.

The extra sugar, empty calories and caffeine  (in dark pops) are bad for everyone. But we really need to be careful to do the best for our babies while pregnant.

Oh man, I accidentally hit the wrong answer haha. It's bad for everyone. I gave it up years ago but only occasionally have one (like maybe 3 a year) fruit sparkling water has helped a lot, it curbs the carbonation I crave.

I love pop 😭 I have one here or there.. I stopped buying them for a while but I just got a 12 for a dinner I was having and that didn't happen so it's like tempting to drink.. But I just have one here and there 😭😭😅😅

Sprite or 7up don't have caffeine at least but pop is terrible For your health in general
