Anyone else not dilated?

I'm 38+1 and got checked for the first time today and she said I'm not dilated. 😞😔

38 weeks was 0. Appointment yesterday got to a 4. Just a matter of days having her tomorrow. Don't give up

Don't be discouraged!  You can go from 0-10 in a very quick period of time... Or be stuck st 4 cm for days.   My midwives don't even check before 40 weeks because it  has such little correlation to when you actually go into labor.

I'm 36wks and I'm not dilated at all either however my doctor said my cervix is thinning...
