I just don't know what to do I am at such a loss right now. We just finished paying our deductible and I was told we only have insurance for the rest of the month so tonight at midnight. I have no idea if we would even qualify for medicaid I've never had it before so I don't know how it works. My friend just told me to be induced today so our insurance has to pay. That just don't seem right because she could be born after midnight anyway. And we would still be stuck with the rest of the stay. Paying for cobra is really expensive but maybe in this situation it would be worth it. I'm just so stressed and don't know what to do right now

Update: the HR lady for his company is out of town for the 4th of July weekend. So I am having a hard time getting the information for Cobra her assistant was not able to give me any information on it. I tried calling our insurance directly but was told by 3 different people that I have to talk to his work to find out. We just finished paying the deductible for our whole family. I wonder if Cobra will continue my coverage even if I'm not able to talk to her till the 5th? I applied for baby your baby we made to much in June to qualify so she told me to come back tomorrow so they will go by our July income. Baby your baby only cover prenatal visits not labor and delivery I only have maybe one more appointment. She actually suggested I request and c section tonight so my insurance will cover it. My ob is also out of town till the 6th because of the holiday. And I really don't think any other doctor would just do a c section because I walked in and asked. Not that I even want major surgery. I have been online for medicaid and that is a much more difficult process than I thought it would be. My head is killing me now I really should just go to bed and figure it out in the morning.
