So I have scoliosis and found out that getting an epidural may not be a good option for me (doctors are still assessing the situation). I am very open to alternatives for labor and was wondering what other moms experiences were with labor and delivery without an epidural? What helped you through the pain, how intense was the pain, what alternatives did you use? I understand everyone is different but would love some feedback!!!
