Period Type Pain

I know it's been a while ladies (lol!) But I know when I was getting my period regularly usually a day or so before I started to get a weird discomfort in my lady parts almost like my uterus was throbbing or something. It is semi uncomfortable. Well I'm having that pain now!!

I'm 37+2, could this (hopefully) be a sign of anything?!?!?!?!?
