Cold Remedy

I haven't had my first ultra sound yet, so not sure what to do, but I have a really bad head cold, my left ear feels like it needs to drain, I am congested, my throat is scratchy. My doctors appt isn't until Wednesday. Anyone know of any cold remedies I can do. I already steamed, drank some tea, had some cough drops, used ear ache relief drops, and not sure if there is any cold medicines that are safe. I know we can take Tylenol, what about Tylenol cold and flu? Anything to help me breath better!!
