I feel broken

So after years of stress n TTC i found out last week Friday that i was mover a month along after it being missed the week before.on Monday i was smiling ear-ear on Monday night i started bleeding.Tuesday morning it turned to clotting with a lot of blood.i spent Tuesday 8am-6pm in the ER they did everything they could. I was told i was having a miscarriage and to come back the next day. Wed i spent 12-7pmbin different offices just doing beta tests. Found out i was still pregnant. Finally today they did another sonogram n found out it was ectopic pregnancy n was given my choices.i took the shot...would have been 5weeks tomorrow
