Sore nipples?

I'm 17w+6 and only recently I've started getting snore nipples. In weeks 4-8 my boobs were extremely sore but that calmed down and they've felt fine but now it's just my nipples. Anyone else? Does it go away at any point or is this it for me till the end?

I'm 16 weeks today and mine have been sore to the touch since I was 11 weeks
