Squirt bottle???

What is this that I keep reading about using a squirt bottle during peeing and washing right after labor??

It's called a peri bottle. You use it after birth, especially if you've torn, to clean up after you urinate. So if you're going to pee you fill it up with warm water and squirt yourself clean, you don't use toilet paper

Definitely use it while peeing!!! It prevents the area from stinging too badly.

After delivering the baby wen u pee squirt warm water at the same it helps with the burning sensation down there😁

It's a must!! I didn't think I would need it after I left the hospital with my first.... I was sorely mistken... I was feeling good (not realizing I still had effects of the epidural). If you tear even in the slightest, make that bottle your new best friend!

It's pretty much used to clean yourself because you can't wipe yourself. It helps so much it feels nice too which sounds weird. But if your vagina is swollen the water helps clean it.

I would put hot water in it and squeeze the bottle at the same time im peeing down there bc I wouldn't feel the burn from my pee on my tear (I tore in front right near pee hole). If I didn't use it it hurt so bad my eyes would literally cross
