Going crazy..

I'm 11 weeks and almost 4 days, I've been breaking out badly but now I've started to get rashes on top of breaking out.. it's everywhere ( under bottom lip, around nose ,armpits and neck) has anyone else had this problem or do any of you have tips to get ride of it. I see my ob soon but the itching is driving me crazy I just want to cry.. I hate this rashes so much ..
