I watched the video "How to use a birthing ball" by Serenity Birth. (Thank you Jeanne for recommending it to someone else). I'm doing the bouncing, rocking and circles. How long is everyone using the birthing ball? I'm not trying to go into labor necessarily but my baby has been breach until Wednesday. She's still very high and turns transverse and oblique. I'm trying to get her to drop into place so I don't have to have a csection next Friday the 8th.
