Tylenol for cramps?

I lost my mucus plug last night and have had non-stop menstrual like cramps since. Can I take Tylenol for this? I am about 39 weeks, so wasn't sure if it would affect contraction counting if I go into labor.

Tylenol and heat or the tub.

If they're contractions, Tylenol won't stop you from feeing them when they're close and strong enough to be of concern. If they are contractions, your belly will get hard if that helps.
