Cant't feel baby movements. Almost 20w.

Hello mom's to be! I'm 19w5 days and can't feel my baby movements clear. Sometimes I think I feel him moving but I'm not so sure. Today I was at my dr. and she said that baby looking good at echography, his heart beating normaly and with developing weeks he is 21w1d. I'm a little overweight. I can't calm till I feel his movements clearly. Does anybody of you have this 'problem'?! For your information, it's my second preg after I lost my first baby at 36w and I think I am with trauma...
