Sex during early pregnancy

Is lube safe for early pregnancy? I think the kind I have is Astroglide? It says to ask doctor but they're closed over the weekend. Last time we had sex, it was a little dry 😳 and I ended up with one light pink spot the next morning. Was the spotting from being dry or just from sex during pregnancy?? What kinds of lube have you gotten the okay on using during pregnancy??
