What did you feel at almost 20 weeks?

I think I feel him moving around in there but I'm just not sure! What did/do you mommies feel at this stage? I have pretty intense anxiety normally and not feeling "pregnant" makes me concerned!

If you have to burb and feel the air bubbles move in your chest, it felt like that, but low in my belly. Now I'm getting a tapping feeling, it feels almost like when a muscle twitches and you have no control of it, but it's also low in my belly. On top of being fat, I have an anterior placenta, which pads the feeling a little till he's bigger. If I haven't felt him in a little bit, if I eat something and sit still I can usually feel him start moving. If he doesn't I eat something sweeter! (Fruit or juice or ice cream!) 22 +4 right now.

The first movement I felt was just a kind of odd tapping feeling around 17-18 weeks.  It was very light and only really noticeable if I was lying still, often at night just before going to sleep. I'm 21 weeks now and it's much more obvious now and I'll notice it through the day - sometimes if I happen to have my hand on my tummy when he moves I feel a light pressure (it isn't obviously a kick though, just pressure, probably because it's softened by my layer of chub). I've also had a really weird sensation a few times like the feeling you get in your tummy when you're in an elevator - it usually happens when I've had something really cold to drink and I think it's him turning over or changing position.
