Clomid and prenatals

I am taking 50mg of clomid days 5-9(I was on 150mg but ended up getting sever panic attacks). My doctor he me on a prenatal vitamin with extra iron and folic acid in it. The pharmacy told me when I went to go and get my clomid that they would interact but my doctor never said anything to me about it. With it being the holiday weekend I cannot get in contact with my doctor. Do you guys have any advice?
