No motivation

I have no motivation anymore. I've gotten depression again and have no motivation for anything, not even To kiss my Boyfriend, he thinks I want to end the relationship and that I don't care anymore but he doesn't understand. I love him but I'm just never in the mood for anything sexual, I just want to cuddle and talk and he cracks it because I say no all the time. What do I do? How do I tell him?
