I'm so frustrated with this endo pain. A week or so ago my husband and I had sex and I ended up doubled over in pain afterwords. Now I'm dealing with starting my period and was up all night in pain, I almost went to the hospital it got so bad, I took a muscle relaxer, pain pill, and a ibuprofen and nothing helped. Every time I tell the doctor he says have a baby or take birth control. Well we're not quite ready for a baby yet and birth control makes me sick. I'm just so frustrated and feel hopeless. Does anyone have any natural remedies to help with pain or any vitamins you guys take?
