Endometriosis

So ladies I'm just curious for women who have had a laprascopy and had endo removed, how quick did it return? I'm asking because I had my surgery on June 2 but I started hurting again on Tuesday. Could this be the endometriosis returning already? Or could it mean he didn't get it all? Also I have interstitial cystitis as well but can't tell if it's one of the other. Please help, I'm so worried. :(
