If you mean what app says versus us then no. My baby measured 14 oz when app said 11oz. My doc said 14 oz was spot on.

They are too little to tell at this point. A lot more weight and growing has to happen before baby is born. And ultrasounds are never super accurate
It could be as simple as your conception day could be off.

Nope my nephew was 6oz when he should have been 10oz. But he was born weighing 10lbs 14oz... Ultrasound are rarely accurate
