So I'm just about 8 weeks and was just on the phone. I felt a few twinges of sharp pains and then spotted a tiny bit. TMI is was slightly pink with creamy mucus mixed. I have my first ultrasound tomorrow but I am so scared. It was a small amount. Nothing more since. Anyone experience this? Please help. I had bleeding with my first. Actually a large amount. But I don't remember the cramps
