I have 50/50 custody with my daughters father she's 7 and he went to jail last week. I wanted to know what I do about getting custody changed obviously He can't have her on his scheduled times and I want it changed to full custody but I'm struggling with money and hiring a lawyer would be difficult since I've been on maternity leave for the last 6 weeks so I don't have any income at the moment till I can go back to work.
