I'm 34+6 with di/di twins. For the last couple of days, I've been getting intense braxton hicks and they are very painful. They last for about good 60 seconds before going away. They take my breath away. I'm staying well hydrated, I sleep on both left and right sides. I did mention this to my ob but she said they are harmless as long as they don't come every 5 mins. They are irregular but very intense and very painful. They are not real contractions coz there's no other discomfort and my cervix is still closed as of this afternoon. Anyone else has this problem?
