Diva cup ladies! I need your help!

Okay, so I love using menstrual cups, and my first cup and only cup I've ever use was the Meluna cup. I love the cup and the customer service of the company, but ever since I bought my first cup I've been having some trouble with the firmness of it. So my first cup was a size large with the classic firmness. I later found out that the size large was too big for me, so I moved down to a medium. However, when I bought the medium I made the mistake of thinking I needed the soft firmness and the cup wouldn't open inside me because it was squashed. Okay, so I was thinking there are two other firmnesses: Classic and sport. Sport is apparently supposed to be very firm. And I was talking to someone online and they actually said the Maluna classic is softer than the Diva cup. I squished my hand into a position that kind of mimicked the inside of my vagina and put both cups in to see how they opened up. The soft went completely flat (not surprising), and the classic opened, but had a few parts that were a bit closed off and still had a tiny bit of trouble opening (not as bad as the soft though). So Divacup ladies, I must ask you: how firm would you say your diva cup is? Do you think it causes any pain or discomfort for you? Does it take some more getting used to? I used to be a dancer and I do kegels when I'm bored so I think I may need the sport. Anyway, please answer! Thank you!!!
