So I had a appointment about 2 weeks ago and they only saw the sac at that point I was 5 weeks now I'm 7 weeks I'm so scared they won't find anything agian I know it was early last time tho so I'm hopeful but all these stories about missed miscarriages scare me I  mean I haven't had any bleeding or cramping and I still have all my symptoms except vomiting which I haven't had at all
