Birth control and Depression
I was diagnosed with clinical depression 4 years ago and am NOT on antidepressants. I started birth control almost a month ago, and this past week my depression has severely spiked. I'm not going to assume it's because of the BC, but I've heard rumors that people who struggle with mental illnesses can have trouble with BC.
Has anybody else experienced this? How did you overcome/control it?
