Are these BH? I'm 29wks

I've had some random cramps today that feel like the kinda cramps you get when you have to poo 💩 it happened earlier, I had 3 within 5 minutes but then it stopped, and happened later too, same thing. I didn't think much of it at the time because I just thought it was 💩 but nothing ever came of it. Also, my little guy is inching his way lower in head down position and I'm feeling more pressure, nothing crazy though.
