Am I ovulating?

Took a pregnancy test and ovulation test. This is my last ovulation test :( so took it since I've been feeling very frisky and tired and some feeling that I thought might be my ovaries or uterus.pains and headache.i always have nausea and I've been trying for 4 years with Pcos and no periods for a few months right now.so im.just hoping for something to be happening that's good for me. I'm also on provera so idk if that csn affect this. I can never tell with these ovulation tests
