Twins?

Something in my heart is just telling me I'm having twins.. Haven't had an ultrasound yet.. But my entire pregnancy just feels completely different.. So tired that I'm sleeping 15-18 hours a day.. Extreme fatigue.. The nausea is like nothing I've ever experienced in my life.. And this is baby #7.. By far the worst pregnancy as far as symptoms go.. Then to top it off my 4yr old says to me.. Mommy, you're having twins.. A boy and a girl.. And can we name them Jack and Keekee.. Lmbo.. Hes the cutest.. But still can any of you ladies with twins or preggo with them share your symptoms.. Did any of you "just know" before confirmation from doc?
