Implanon! (The implant in the arm)

Hello beauties! I'm considering implanon and I'm wondering how many of you have tried it/ currently using and how you feel, if you're having regular cycles etc... My period was kicking my ass so hard today I ended up in the ER just for the pain. I need some relief! Yes I've tried the pill, it doesn't work for me and I can't get a iud. So who would recommend and why and who wouldn't recommend and why not?
