Husbands idea of nesting

So my husband has decided that NOW is the time to do some nesting of his own. Which includes tearing down the garage and having a new one built attached to the house via breezeway. Which wouldn't be so bad if he wasn't tearing it down now before finalizing with the contractor, so no start date as yet. Yes I have asked him to do this for the last year and a half when he had to tear out the kitchen stairs due to a water line break, but I'd rather not have to deal with this in the last 5 weeks of my pregnancy.
