So I started bleeding...heavy 😔

Was just over 4 weeks along. I've been spotting for about 2 weeks, but doctor said it was normal. Now as of yesterday afternoon, I am bleeding heavily.😞  It looks like a period. I have no cramps whatsoever. When I called the doctor yesterday, the nurse said to go to the er, if I start cramping but if no cramps, then call the office back today if I'm still bleeding. They open soon, but I'm dreading going. I know it's going to be bad news. 😢
