Heavy lifting and long hours?

So I work at Walmart as a stocker, I lift heavy boxes all day and pull carts with a lot of boxes on them. I'm worried that will hurt the baby. I just found out I'm pregnant and idk what I should do? Is it safe?

I think you should be fine as long as your body is already used to that kind of labor but check with your doctor to make sure
