Weird Morning sickness??

Currently 4weeks 6days and for the past 3days in the morning I have been getting a really bad upset stomach with some diarrhea and nausea...I don't even want to eat/drink because I feel so sick..anyone else having this weird kind of sickness??

🙋🏽 I still eat tho and push through "pain"  but I drink a lot of water and ginger ale every 3 glasses of water

All I really want is ice cold water! I'm sick if I eat, sick if I don't eat, if I turn my head... I want morning sickness to come because this constant upset stomach goes away
