5 months TTC

I just need some encouragement or words of advice. Currently on 5 months TTC. I ovulate every month according to OPKs. husband and I BD everyday or every other day in fertile window. Just wondering why I haven't conceived yet?! My cycles are 27-28 days long. Had a large fibroid removed 7 months ago but Doctor said everything looks good and no sign of abnormalities or endometriosis. I am 25 years old, TTC #1 anyone in a similar situation or have any success stories so I can have some hope!? I know I am stressing but I just want this so bad!
