Fish. Yay or nay?

Ok I've been reading conflicting things about eating fish... Is it recommended? I don't see my dr until the 27 the of this month so I'm asking here. Thanks!

My doc said consuming it 2 times a week is perfectly fine.

As long as it's cooked and fresh your fine.. Stick to low Mercury fish and if you can get wild caught instead of farm raised its better too

Salmon is good for you I believe but my midwife said other fish should be limited, especially tuna! She told me no more than twice a week, and to not eat any of the larger fish

Fish is fine. Just try not to consume to much fish with high mercury levels like tuna.

Thanks everyone, this topic has been really confusing! I love Salmon but out of fear I haven't touch any fish products what so ever- I'll be buying a small piece of salmon tonight!

There are certain fish you cannot eat like fish with high Mercury. Tuna is fine twice a week no more than a can.
