Does sex painful for anyone?

I'm 37weeks and had sex last night but it hurt. We had sex last week and it was a bit uncomfortable but not painful. Im hoping it means I'm dilated last time I was checked I was at 36wks and not dilated but 60% effaced. I'm so ready to have him!

I'm 37+1, 3.5cm, 60%. It's been a struggle figuring out what's comfortable. What works last time may not work the next time. I know for me it's not 100% comfortable all the time but I wouldn't expect it to be when I've got a watermelon belly to contend with. Communicate a lot and you can probably figure something out.

My SO and I tried to have sex last night but my vagina felt very sore. Like inside and out lol. Looked it up and said it could possibly be the cervix opening up and baby putting a lot of pressure down there. But if it gets to the point where it's unbearable, I would suggest you talk to your doctor.
