Please help

Found out that I was pregnant on June 21 and I was 3 weeks and 4 days then june 26 I had a miscarriage and that was my first time being pregnant. Me and my fiance started back trying on July 3rd because I was ovulating and we did it 3 days straight but we didn't do it last night but today I started spotting light but no cramps but my breast are hurting and my period post to come on on July 23

Does anybody know what this means I'm scared to take a test right now?????
