Dealing with epidural pain?

I'm nearly 11 weeks pp and I still feel where the needle was and get back pain there or standing/sitting certain ways. Anyone know what might help?

I still get pain from it and my daughter is 7 almost 8 years old.

This is one of the reasons Im going to skip the epidural. It caused my mom alot of pain too. Ive given birth twice and Im scared of needles way more

My daughter is 2 1/2 now and when I bend over to change her diaper or certain things I can still feel exactly where they put the epidural I hoped it would go away a long time ago but it hasn't. It's subsided a bit though

I felt the place where the needle was inserted for about 4-5 month. It's completely gone now :) remembering labor pains, I'd rather deal with mild pains from epidural for half a year, than go through contractions 12 hours 😳

The idea of a giant needle being shoved into my back freaks me out. If I can have residual complications/pain after I do not want that!
